17th Annual Great Scarecrow and Decorated Pumpkin Festival
October 7-10, 2010 (Thursday - Sunday)

FREE - No Registration Fee.

Registration Deadline:  Wednesday, October 6, 2010.

Entry Set-Up: Thursday October 7, 2010 between 9 am and 7 pm

Restrictions:

* One entry per group

* No political statements allowed

* Youth entries must be completed by youth.  Parents may assist in placing scarecrow in patch.

* All entries must conform to Club standards. Club reserves the right to deny entry privileges considered to be offensive.

* Clubs shall not be responsible for any injury or damage associated with Festival.

I understand that this scarecrow and all of its parts remain the sole property of the entrant. I agree to leave my entry displayed throughout the duration of the Festival and will remove my entry on Sunday, October 10th between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
